Day 1 : Arrival at Chennai and relax at hotel.

On your arrival at Chennai airport for Mesmerizing Kerala Tour, our representative will transfer you to air-conditioned car as you will leave for your hotel. Rest of the day is free for independent activities. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 : Full day sightseeing in Chennai and drive to Mahabalipuram

After having early morning breakfast at the hotel, you will leave for full day sightseeing in Chennai where in you will visit Marina Beach, which is famous for sunrise and sunset view. it is a centre for many activities like beach volley ball, wind surfing, fishing, and many others. Then visit St. Thomas Mount church, which was built by the Portuguese in early 16th century. After this visit St. George Fort, which was constructed in the year 1640 by the British East India Company. Then visit Valluvar Kottam which comprises of a memorial and an auditorium. It is constructed as a memorial to Thiruvalluvar, the author of ‘Thirukkural’. On completion of the sightseeing, you will drive towards Mahabalipuram and on arrival at this place, you will check-in the hotel for comfortable overnight stay.

Day 3 : Full day sightseeing in Mahabalipuram

Have breakfast at the hotel, then you will leave for full day sightseeing in Mahabalipuram wherein you will visit Shore Temple, which is one of the oldest Hindu structural temples and dates back to 8th century AD. This temple includes incorporates beautiful artistic depiction and three shrines of deities like Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva. Then visit Pancha Rathas, which is a rock-cut temple constructed by the Pallavas in the late 7th century. It is named after the Pandavas and other characters of Mahabharata. After this you will visit Tiger’s Cave : a rock-cut cave temple is dedicated to Goddess Durga and the carvings in this cave portray an event that occurred in life of Goddess Durga. Later you will visit Mahabalipuram Beach, wherein you can do various beach activities like motor boating, wind surfing, and many other. Return to the hotel for comfortable overnight stay

Day 4 : Drive to Pondicherry and half day sightseeing in Pondicherry

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will drive towards Pondicherry. On arrival, check-in the hotel for short relax. Later you will embark upon half day sightseeing wherein you will visit Sri Aurobindo Ashram which was founded by Aurobindo Ghose in 1926. This ashram consist of many buildings and has Samadhi of Mother Mirra Richard and Sri Aurobindo. Then visit Auroville a township which was founded in 1968 by Mirra Richard and designed by the French architect Roger Anger with a purpose of achieve human unity. After this you will visit Raj Niwas also called as ‘Palais du Gouvernement’ and was constructed during the 18th century. This place is now the residence of the Lt. Governor of Pondicherry and available for common people. In the evening, you will visit Pondicherry beach and relax for some time. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 5 : Drive to Tanjore and half day sightseeing in Tanjore

Have breakfast at the hotel, then you will leave for Tanjore. On arrival, check-in the hotel for short relax. Later you will embark upon half day sightseeing wherein you will visit Brihadeshwar temple, which was constructed by Rajaraja Chola I in the early 11th century. This temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Then visit Thanjavur Royal Palace, which was built in the 16th century and comprises of many buildings like Serfoji’s Saraswati Mahal Library, Durbar Hall, Nayak Hall and many others. On completion of the sightseeing, return to the hotel for comfortable overnight stay.

Day 6 : Drive to Madurai and half day sightseeing in Madurai

Have breakfast at the hotel, then you will leave for Madurai. On arrival, check-in the hotel for short relax. Later you will embark upon half day sightseeing wherein you will visit Meenakshi Temple which is also called as Meenakshi Amman Temple. It is dedicated to Lord Shiva, this temple is named after the deity and goddess Parvati. The current structure of this temple was constructed by Nayak King in 16th century. After this you will visit Thirumalai Nayak Palace, which was constructed by Nayak ruler Thirumalai Nayak in 16th century. This palace depicts beautiful Indo-Sarcenic architecture and the major highlight of this palace is the light and sound show that depicts the life of Tirumalai Nayak and Silapathikaram. In the evening, you will again go to Meenakshi Temple to see Palli Arai ceremony. Return to the hotel for comfortable overnight stay.

Day 7 : Drive to Thekkady and half day sightseeing in Thekkady

Have breakfast at the hotel, then you will leave for Thekkady. On arrival, check-in the hotel for short relax. Later you will embark upon half day sightseeing wherein you will visit Periyar lake, which has boating facility and you can easily see wild elephants playing in the lake. Return to the hotel for comfortable overnight stay.

Day 8 : Full day sightseeing in Thekkady

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will leave for full day sightseeing in wherein Thekkady you will visit Periyar National Park and Wildlife Sanctuary, which is a renowned tiger and elephant reserve. The National Park is fully covered with dense forest and green grasslands. The wildlife includes deer, gaurs, lion tailed macaques, elephants, Indian tigers and many others. In case, you like trekking, or adventure, then you can choose Periyar Tiger Trail Program. In this, you will spot a variety of indigenous wild animals like tiger, Nilgiri Langur, giant squirrel, elephant and many more. Return to the hotel for comfortable overnight stay.

Day 9 : Drive to Kumarakom and half day sightseeing in Kumarakom

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will leave towards Kumarakom. On arrival, you will check-in the hotel for short relax. Later you will visit Kumarakom Beach, which is a perfect place to enjoy different types of water sports like water polo, parasailing, water skiing and many others. Then visit Vembanad Lake, which is the largest lake in Kerala. Many migratory birds come to this lake from different parts of the world. Also visit Aruvikkuzhi waterfalls, which is a 100 feet high water fall and located between the wooden landscape and rubber plantations. This makes this place one of the most picturesque waterfalls. Day 10 : Drive to backwaters and relax at houseboat

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will leave towards backwaters. On reaching this place, you will board the houseboat and start the captivating backwater cruising. Day 11 : Driver to Mararikulam and relax at the hotel

Day 12 : Full day sightseeing in Mararikulam

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will leave towards Mararikulam Beach, which is also called as the Marari Beach. In this beach, you can enjoy various activities like surfing, parasailing and swimming. Later you will visit a small town named as Cherthala, which is famous for the Thiruayranikkulam Kalathil temple and Kadavil Bhagavathi temple. Return to the hotel for comfortable overnight stay.

Day 13 : Drive to Cochin and half day sightseeing in Cochin

Have breakfast at the hotel, then you will drive towards Cochin. Then check-in the hotel for short relax. Later you will embark upon half day sightseeing, wherein you will visit Mattancherry Palace, which was built by the Portuguese and presented to the Raja of Kochi in 1555. Then visit Santa Cruz Basilica, built 1905 with exquisite murals and frescoes by the Portuguese and has an excellent gothic façade flanked by two majestic towers. After this visit St. Francis Church, which was built by the Portuguese in 1503 AD is the oldest European church in India. Later visit Indo-Portuguese museum, which is a Christian heritage museum is located on the Cochin Bishop House premises. The museum has five galleries with an outstanding collection of treasures that offers a glimpse of Cochin’s Portuguese heritage. On completion of the sightseeing, you will leave to visit the Kathakali center to enjoy traditional Kathakali dance. Return to the hotel for comfortable overnight stay.

Day 14 : Drop at Cochin airport

After having breakfast at the hotel, then you will leave for Cochin airport to board your flight to Delhi or Mumbai.

Day 8 : Full day sightseeing in Thekkady

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will leave for full day sightseeing in wherein Thekkady you will visit Periyar National Park and Wildlife Sanctuary, which is a renowned tiger and elephant reserve.
